Every book on Romance Drop is hand-curated and tagged with its core tropes, subgenre, and a spice rating from 1 (sweet, closed door) to 5 (very explicit). We don't rely on algorithms to surface recommendations. Instead, we read widely across the romance genre and organize our picks so you can browse by what you're craving right now.
You can explore by individual trope, filter by spice level, or discover new favorites through trope combinations. Each book page includes a synopsis, content warnings, and direct links to purchase.
Our editorial picks are just that: editorial. We recommend books because we think they're worth reading, not because of any affiliate arrangement. Romance Drop is a project of Burnwild Books LLC. We're a small team of romance readers who got tired of scrolling through generic "best of" lists and wanted something better. Something organized by how romance readers actually think: "I want that exact trope, at that exact spice level, right now."
